Here we go (through Mon. night’s games)…

Some very quick analysis:

• Hits and Misses.  In our ballot, we had Cal, Dayton and St. Mary’s in the lower reaches of the poll in lieu of WVU, Gonzaga and Illinois. 
• Variance.   West Virginia, Syracuse and Gonzaga had the most variability amongst bloggers this week.  Guess we’re responsible for some of that by not ranking WVU and GU.  Don’t understand no love for the Cuse, though.  They look good. 
• Conference Call.  As usual, the Beast of the East leads the way.  Big East (8), ACC (5), Big 10 (4), Big 12 (2), Pac-10 (2), A10 (1), Horizon (1), SEC (1), WCC (1).
