SCHEDULE

WEEK 1: MONDAY NOVEMBER 6 TO SUNDAY NOVEMBER 12.

EARLY DEADLINE: 4:00 PM ET Monday 11/6. No deadline extensions!

This game is easy. Pick two teams that you think will go unbeaten during the first full week of action (Monday Nov. 6 to Sunday Nov. 12). You cannot choose teams that you have already chosen in previous weeks, and it is YOUR responsibility to know which teams you’ve already used. Your pool of available teams are the 80 schools from the ACC, Big East, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12 and SEC.

PLAY: COLLEGE BASKETBALL SURVIVOR ’24.

PICKS: After play begins, everyone’s picks will be documented publicly on the CBB Survivor ’24 page above.

HOW IT WORKS

• If both your teams go unbeaten that week, you advance to next week (note: both teams MUST play at least one game that counts against a team’s overall record).
• If your teams split (one goes unbeaten; one loses), you use a strike and advance to next week.
• If both your teams lose a game (or more than one game), you are eliminated. Further, if you attempt to use the same team twice in a season, or you choose a team that doesn’t play an official (on the record) game that week, or you miss a weekly deadline, you are ELIMINATED. There will be no exceptions to these rules. 
• You’re allowed two strikes during the season. A THIRD strike eliminates you.

The game will go for as long as there are survivors standing, but we may reserve the right to go to daily lightning rounds during the NCAA Tournament if necessary (max of 2 teams per day Thurs-Sun).

One entry per person, please. 

PRIZES

The last #cbbsurvivor standing will win two tickets to the 2024 NCAA Tournament regional of his choice. Second through fifth place will receive RTC t-shirts.
