 Short Shorts Making a Return?


Last Wednesday, St. John’s forward Chris Obekpa was seen sporting some old fashioned short shorts.

Not only were they stylish, but they also may have helped him on the court too.    

Friendly Fire in Atlantis?

#2 Wisconsin gutted out a 68-65 win over Georgetown in the semifinals of the Battle 4 Atlantis on Thanksgiving. Junior Sam Dekker was fired up about the win, but how fired up is too fired up?

Ouch.

You Can’t Teach and Old Dog (or Golden Eagle) New Tricks

Marquette edged Georgia Tech 72-70 on Thanksgiving, but many were amused by first year coach Steve Wojciechowski. Wojo, as they call him, actually slapped the floor, a move he seemingly trademarked back in his playing days at Duke.

Apparently it wasn’t the first time this year either…

That’s a bold strategy, Wojo, let’s see if it pays off.
