Paid his $800K buyout and gave him a 10 year contract at approx.  $1 Mill/Yr.  After 2 20+ win seasons and a 3rd round appearance in the NCAA Tourney, I expect he will get a raise.  Team performance this coming season will probably garner him an extension also.]]></description>
