More Big East than you can possibly handle. RTC Live will be in the great city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this evening for a matchup between two teams searching for elusive wins in this big-time basketball conference.
Game #65. The Marquette Golden Eagles will begin a three-game homestand when they host St. John’s on Wednesday evening. The Golden Eagles have been struggling as of late, as they stand at just 1-2 in Big East play after having dropped two consecutive contests — at Georgetown and at Syracuse. St. John’s enters at 2-2 in Big East play and fresh off an upset victory Saturday at Cincinnati. The Golden Eagles are led by senior guard Darius Johnson-Odom, who leads the team in scoring, and senior forward Jae Crowder, the team’s second leading scorer and leading rebounder. The Red Storm are led by the team’s leading scorer, freshman guard D’Angelo Harrison, and freshman swingman Moe Harkless, who does a bit of everything for the young squad. It should be an interesting game at the Bradley Center, as Marquette will look to get back on the winning track and St. John’s will look to carry the momentum they built this past Saturday.
