RTC Live enjoys the holiday season with a little Saturday basketball action from Madison Square Garden involving four local teams. Join us this afternoon from the World’s Most Famous Arena, after the jump.

Games #54 & 55. Get your Saturday started off right with two college basketball games from Madison Square Garden. It’s two local matchups as Stony Brook plays Rutgers at noon and Fordham plays St. John’s in the second game. The Seawolves have had a frustrating start to the season and the offense has disappeared at times, but they’ll still give the Scarlet Knights all they can handle in the first game. In the second game St. John’s will be playing its first contest without Nurideen Lindsey, who decided to transfer this week. Tom Pecora’s team is coming off a big win at Siena and upset the Red Storm last season. It should be two fun, competitive games between local teams at the Garden.
