In fact, even though the arguments supporting a slight nod to St. Mary&#039;s have merit, the Gaels could easily be in NIT territory because their out of conference schedule provides few opportunities for quality wins.  It is most likely that the computer rankings will justify the three in the dance but the skewed &quot;quality win&quot; criteria present big obstacles for St. Mary&#039;s and BYU.]]></description>
