The historical aspect will not ever be recaptured in the new building.
The already-marginalized student section will be minimized further.
The corporate influences over the athletic department will be drastically increased in number and clout.
The city will -- and I can pretty conclusively show you that it will -- get absolutely screwed over by the construction of a new arena if it involves even a cent of taxpayer money. (I&#039;ve done a decent amount of academic research into the subject.)]]></description>
