Depends on how you look at it, Paula. He’s been pretty good on the floor in his few appearances, but he’s been such a huge problem off of it. I mean, coming off of a suspension from another disciplinary breech, the kid gets into a fight and pummels his teammate just because the teammate wouldn’t move his feet (as stupid as that is, too)? And Stansbury justifies lifting Sidney’s suspension and keeping him enrolled just because he doesn’t think Sidney started it? It’s obvious that Stansbury is letting Sidney off on this because he thinks RS will be a productive player, and because he waited so long to actually get him ON the floor. It doesn’t reflect very well on Mississippi State’s program or the university as a whole, though. Looks like Stansbury is willing to pay that price.
