The problem with Pitinio is the delay between phone calls and reporting the matter to the FBI. His excuse - I was head deep in the season - does not hold water. What he was doing for those missing days? Was he trying to raise money? Was he pressuring Tim and/or Karen Sypher?

Can you imagine if Pitinio had found a dead body the night before the Big East tourney and the Cards win the tournament? Based on Pitinio&#039;s testimony, he would not report the dead body until early April at the earliest.

A possible crime occurs and Pitinio does not call the FBI or the police. That&#039;s the problem with Pitinio&#039;s behavior.]]></description>
