Hayward better than Moultrie based on playing time Jamie Dixon gave them on Under 19 USA team last summer. I hate to see better mid-majors play each other first round, and agree that more reasonable seeding would have avoided it, but this is an intriguing match-up. But...Butler has beaten better teams than UTEP. UTEP hasn&#039;t played, let alone beaten, a better team than Butler.]]></description>
