Logic and reason are applied differently in seemingly every case they consider. Much of this could be eradicated if the organization was more transparent in how it handles these things. The NCAA's way only encourages conspiracy theorists b/c nobody can seem to get a handle on how they make decisions. In that respect, it seemed suspicious to some.
