Jack - we&#039;ve covered that issue on this site several times, and it&#039;s absurd on its face for sure.  It started after Gardner-Webb defeated Kentucky in Rupp a few yrs ago and the group sponsoring the tournament missed out on all the Ky fans traveling to NYC.]]></description>
