For penitence, they will offer two Hail Marys and light two candles. Why two? One for Bush and one for Mayo.

Somewhere, an American East men&#039;s basketball team will be barred from the tournament and a Division I-AA football team will lose five scholarships. Why? Because that&#039;s justice, the NCAA way.]]></description>
