		<description>JR - they can&#039;t.  It&#039;s just another misguided and out of touch effort by the NCAA to police things that are unenforceable.  If this organization could find its ass with both hands, it would surprise me.</description>

		<description>Ah yes, I figured it was going this way. Excellent point. This leaves too much open for rival fans to screw other schools. How can they police this? Do they think that recruits are really going to be swayed by facebook groups? Is John Wall sitting there checking all the groups and determining where he is going based on these groups. Another foolish ruling by the NCAA.</description>
