My guess is that the impact will be fairly negligible. If you look at data on shooting percentage by distance from the basket, the drop-off from the old 3-point line to the new one is pretty small.

In the end, the longer line may impact 2-point scoring, by opening up more room for posting up and cutting, than it does on 3-point scoring.
