Yes, they are terrible at interior defense as I have written about before, but they are amazing at offense. Does anyone really think that Xavier has any shot at winning the National Title? It seems as if the goal of the M8 should be to maximize the possibility that one of the group will win the title. If so, UNC should be included. It's almost as if he just wanted to take a big risk with it this year in the hopes of it paying off with UNC tanking and someone like Xavier actually winning it all. Because if UNC wins, he'll say that even though he didn't include them, he thought they were the fourth best team in the country. If you're not picking the eight optimal teams, there's no point in picking any teams at all.
